Our subdivision:  Mountain Valley was incorporated in 1965 with 110 lots, including 28 duplex lots.

Our location:  Mountain Valley is a peaceful community on the quiet side of town.  The subdivision is just east of Aspen off Hwy 82, heading up Independence Pass about a mile from the Aspen gondola and downtown Aspen. Rabbits, foxes, and bears still call it home.  A great location with spectacular views!

Our Goal:  To help and inform residents in our community about our beautiful subdivision; to provide a forum for residents to discuss neighborhood issues; to keep our neighborhood a beautiful place to live.
